Swapping Your RideBox Battery at a RideBox Locker

Swapping your RideBox Battery at a RideBox Locker is is a convenient and efficient way to keep your NRD Motorcycle powered and ready to go. In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to quickly and safely swap your battery. 

1. On the NRD Ride, open the Locker Swap tab.

2. Scan the locker’s QR code. The locker will open an empty slot where you can insert the battery from your motorcycle.

4. Insert the battery. Wait for the locker door that contains the battery to open.

5. Take out the battery and close the locker door. The NRD Ride will notify you once the swap is successfully completed.

6. Install the battery into your motorcycle.

Things to remember: 

• If the RideBox Locker doesn't have a RideBox Battery with more than 70% charge, the NRD Ride app will notify you that there's no swappable battery available. 
• If your current RideBox Battery level is above 80%, the system may prevent you from swapping it. To ensure fair access to batteries, please swap your RideBox Battery when its charge is below 80%.
