If Your NRD Motorcycle Is Missing or Is Stolen
If your NRD Motorcycle gets stolen, it’s important to act quickly and follow these steps to increase the chances of recovery.
1. Assess the Situation
- Make sure the motorcycle hasn’t been towed or moved by someone else before assuming it’s stolen.
- Note the Time and Place: Record the time and location where the motorcycle was last seen.
2.Report the Theft to the Police
- Call the Police Immediately: Report the theft to your local police department as soon as possible.
- Provide Details: Give the police all relevant information, including the make, model, color, plate number, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and any distinguishing features of the motorcycle.
- Obtain a Police Report: Get a copy of the police report. This will be necessary for insurance claims and other legal matters.
3. Report the incident to NRD
Any accident or damage must be reported to NRD within twenty four (24) hours from the occurrence.
