Failed Top-up Attempt


Kung hindi mo natanggap ang iyong top-up matapos sumubok bumili ng load package, mahalagang maasikaso agad ang issue na ito.


  • I-check ang transaction status
  • Kung hindi lumalabas ang transaction sa iyong transaction history at hindi naman nabawasan ang payment method na ginamit, try mong mag-top-up ulit.
  • Kung ang transaction ay lumalabas na successful, maghintay lang ng confirmation. Minsan, ang mga transaction ay maaaring umabot ng ilang minuto o oras bago ma-process.


  • Kung nakatanggap ka ng transaction reference number mula sa Xendit, take note of the reference number and makipag-ugnayan sa NRD Customer Care. Kung wala, kumonekta sa support team ng payment method na ginamit mo sa transaction para sa assistance.
