Failed Top-up Attempt


If you don't receive a top-up after attempting to purchase a load package, it's important to address the issue promptly. To ensure your account remains funded, follow these steps to resolve the problem:


1. Check Transaction Status. 

  • If the transaction doesn't appear in the transaction history of your payment history and you weren't charged, please try to make the purchase again.
  • If the transaction appears to be successful, wait for confirmation. Sometimes, transactions may take a few minutes or hours to process.


2. If you received a transaction reference number from Xendit, take note of your reference number and contact NRD Customer Care. Otherwise, get in touch with the support team of the payment method you used during the transaction for assistance.
