NRD Account Deletion Request

This guide will walk you through the necessary steps to permanently delete your account. It's crucial to note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. Read on to learn how to ensure your account and data are securely removed from NRD's systems.

Please be reminded that upon deletion of your NRD Account, you will not be able to access NRD Services anymore.

Steps to follow:

1. Open the NRD RideApp.
2. Tap the Settings icon on the bottom right navigation bar.
3. Tap Security Settings.
4. Select Request Account Deletion.
5. Choose an appropriate reason.
6. Tap Confirm.
7. Tap Start Deletion Process to initiate the account deletion.
8. Wait for an email from NRD Customer Solutions to confirm your request.
9. After confirming the request, wait for another email from NRD with the remaining steps.
